"I've been a customer of State Farm for over a decade and the last few years have not been a great experience with this location. Requests are not answered in a timely manner, I have to consistently follow up to get the adjustments needed on my policy and now I am at risk of not submitting documents on time because this location has been lacking on their end. In the last week I have had to reach out 4 times three different avenues just to get a response. Definitely will be the last year with this location. Twice I have called asking to speak with a manager and have not been able to and I'm told they are going to take care of what I need and get back to me. Today is the first day that I actually got a call back after I called them first.

Alexander reached out and Corina was able to resolve my issue on 5/7. The response is appreciated and I was able to meet my deadline."
