"They have been charging different amounts every month. I spoke with Teresa and several employees and they always apologize because of this situation (they don’t even understand what is going on). They sent me a “reimbursement” check and when I deposit it, it was declined days later (it had a stop payment). This place sucks ! I don’t think the good reviews they have are real (probable fake or their own employees are doing them) but at least my experience with them has been REALLY BAD. For 4 months in a row they have been charging me a different amounts. I’m doing my formal complaint about this agency in the State Farm website. Scammers"
